Jason Solano

My name is Jason Solano one of PJM's Home Inspectors. I am licensed and insured in the state of Florida and currently serve the Central Florida area. I have been performing home inspections since 2013.

I came across this industry in my personal quest to find a challenging yet rewarding profession. After moving from New York to Florida in 2006, I studied aviation and eventually became a High School Math and Science teacher. I was able to advance my career by becoming an administrator overseeing Academic Curriculum, where I learned vital skills that serve me today.

From humble beginnings I've learned that with dedication, persistence and a little help from above, anything you place your mind to you can achieve. I am now a trained and licensed home inspector and love to help people make a well informed decision. My aviation background helps me have attention to detail, which is what sets me apart from many inspectors in the area. My teaching background allows me to help you understand the home's conditions, system's functionality, and what to do in order to maintain it for years to come.
